When should I make the first appointment for my prenatal care?
A pre-conception consultation is highly recommended for any woman contemplating pregnancy, particularly for those with a history of pregnancy complications. You may meet with one of our providers to discuss all prior pregnancies and any medical conditions that could affect your pregnancy. Strategies will be discussed that could help prevent recurrence of problems you may have experienced, and attempt to prevent any potential complications. Even the low-risk mother-to-be can benefit from a pre-conception visit, to discuss ways to optimize health and wellness in preparation for pregnancy. A visit with our CMFC high-risk team is especially beneficial for those patients with a history of poor obstetric outcome or any medical concerns that may affect the health of a pregnancy.
When you find you are pregnant, we’d like to see you as early as possible.
Peaceful Surroundings and Peace of Mind
Our calm, soothing environment, combined with our caring staff and superior level of service is unmatched by any facility in the area. We believe you will find our approach to prenatal care is a refreshing and reassuring alternative to the traditional offerings for obstetric care.
