	We do not charge for sending records to another provider's office. However, if you are requesting records for another reason, please see fees below: Copy of medical records sent to an insurance company or attorney: $20.02 and $.47 per page. Copy of medical records to self for personal use: $.42/page with $20.00 minimum processing fee. Please allow 1 week for processing of all records requests.
